For the final time, Hunter Pence sprinted out of the third base dugout at AT&T Park and out to right field wearing a Giants jersey.
The rest of his teammates watched and cheered from the dugout Sunday as Pence took the field by himself. He wasn't completely by himself, however, joining kids from a local San Francisco hospital.

Pence is playing his last game as a Giant. His five-year, $90 million contract runs out at the end of this season, and it's unknown what Pence's next career move is.
The 35-year-old finishes his seven-year Giants career as a two-time World Series champion and one-time All-Star.
