DeMeco Ryans will be sticking around the Bay Area next season.
The 49ers' first-year defensive coordinator turned down a second interview for the head coaching position with the Minnesota Vikings, a source confirmed to NBC Sports Bay Area's Matt Maiocco on Monday night.
NFL Media's Tom Pelissero first reported news of Ryans declining the second interview with Minnesota, citing a source.
