Durant -- sometimes known as "Slim Reaper" -- finished with 49 points, 17 rebounds, and 10 assists in 48 minutes, carrying the Nets to a 3-2 series lead in the Eastern Conference semifinals.

Durant and Green's relationship had its fair share of ups and downs over the years on their way to winning two NBA Championships together with Golden State.
