Well, Jimmy Garoppolo is improving -- at least on the texting front.
“Jimmy G has text me back,” 49ers tight end George Kittle said Saturday in a Q&A on Nike Football's Instagram account. “Actually, it’s really escalating, and the amount of messages I get now is at an all-time high.”

SIGN UP HERE This is a big upgrade for Jimmy G, who has been known to be a bit of a bad texter. OK, so Kittle called him “the worst texter of all time,” saying Garoppolo was bad at communication. It would take Garoppolo days to reply to Kittle.
Garoppolo confirmed it later on that he truly is the W.O.A.T (worst of all time) when it comes to responding to texts.
The quarterback would try and remind himself to text back saying to himself “All right, I’ll text you in two minutes,” then he would put the phone down and the next thing you know, it’s tomorrow.

I know, I’m annoyed just thinking about it. Obviously, this area of improvement doesn't show on the field, but it’s nice to see Garoppolo improving on his texting game. That’s a tough habit to break.
