ALAMEDA -- Raiders receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey, who was carted off the field Sunday after a helmet-to-helmet hit by Pittsburgh safety Ryan Mundy, did not practice Wednesday but was in the building undergoing protocol tests for players who had suffered concussions.
