The Dons built a 31-17 halftime lead, but the Toreros (5-20, 1-9) opened the second half with 9-1 run, cutting San Francisco's advantage to 32-26 with 17:56 left.Darian Norris scored 14 points and Ken Rancifer 13 for San Diego , which played without starting guard Matt Dorr, who was sidelined by an illness.San Francisco will host first-place Saint Mary's on Saturday night in a battle between the conference's top two teams.
