Watch DeMarcus Cousins posterize Kyle Kuzma with rim-rocking dunk

Seven games into his Warriors tenure, DeMarcus Cousins' Achillies looks just fine.

With five-and-a-half minutes left in the third quarter against the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday night, Cousins rolled to the rim after setting a screen for Kevin Durant. Lakers guard Kyle Kuzma stepped into the lane, which proved to be a very bad idea.

Cousins drew a foul and nailed the ensuing free throw. He also was assessed a technical foul for, well, looming over Kuzma.

The Warriors subbed out Cousins, who's still playing limited minutes as he continues to rehab his Achilles, 14 seconds after hitting his free throw. He appeared frustrated, and headed straight for the locker room.

But, it turns out he was headed there for a good reason.

Prior to Cousins' poster dunk, the Warriors trailed the Lakers by eight points. The dunk kick-started a 13-5 run to close out the third, as Golden State regained the lead over the LeBron-less Lakers.
