It appears that Draymond Green will be making his long-awaited return to the court next week.

The Warriors forward announced that he is targeting a return on March 14 against the Washington Wizards at Chase Center.
"I am targeting my return next Monday, the 14th vs. the Wizards," Draymond said in a preview clip for the latest episode of The Draymond Green Show." "That is the day that I am targeting. I am excited as hell, it's been almost two and a half months by the time I play. I've never missed that much time during the season. I once had an ankle injury that kept me out for a very long time in high school but it was the offseason.
"This is something different for me, so I'm extremely excited to get back out there with my guys, to try and help right this ship."
On Sunday, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Green will return to the court in seven to 10 days, which lines up with Draymond's March 14 target date.

March 14 also has added significance, given that it will be Steph Curry's 34th birthday.
Steph's birthday present will be shared amongst the Warriors and the entirety of Dub Nation.

Having missed Golden State's last 27 games in which they've posted a mediocre 14-13 record, Draymond has certainly been missed.
When he does return, the Warriors might just have the missing piece needed to right the ship and prepare for another deep playoff run.
