San Jose has recalled defenseman Justin Braun from the Worcester Sharks, sending east in his place forward Tommy Wingels, the team announced Saturday in a press release.
In Worcester's first three games, Braun tallied one assist. In 28 career NHL games with San Jose, Braun has two goals and nine assists.
Wingels played three games with San Jose this year, earning his first career NHL point, an assist, in the season opening win over the Coyotes.
