Los Angeles Police officers were called to the home of Donald Penn on Sunday evening about a possible domestic violence incident but the Raiders left tackle was not there, according to a TMZ report.
Per TMZ, Police on scene were told that Penn allegedly slapped his wife’s rear, poured a drink on her head and grabbed her wrist during an argument.
A representative for Donald and Dominique Penn issued a statement to TMZ after the organization’s original report was filed Monday morning, saying the argument did not get physical.

An LAPD spokesperson told NBC Sports Bay Area that they are still investigating the incident, and that Penn is the main suspect.
