The NBA announced Tuesday that Steph Curry made the All-NBA First Team for the 2020-21 season. It is Curry's seventh career All-NBA selection, and the fourth time he has made the First Team.
Joining Curry on the All-NBA First Team were Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, Luka Doncic and Kawhi Leonard. Curry led all guards in voting with 496 total points. He received 98 (out of 100 possible) First-Team votes, and two Second-Team votes.

Curry's inclusion on the First Team comes as no surprise whatsoever, as he finished third in MVP voting and put together arguably the most impressive statistical season of his career. He led the league in scoring with a career-best 32.0 points per game on 48.2 percent shooting from the field and 42.1 percent from beyond the arc, and added another 5.5 rebounds and 5.8 assists per contest. His 337 3-pointers in just 63 games were the fourth-highest single-season total in NBA history and 55 more than any other player this season.

Curry previously made the All-NBA First Team for the 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2018-19 seasons. He also made the Second Team in 2013-14 and 2016-17, and earned his only Third Team selection in 2017-18.
The two-time NBA MVP potentially could add a gold medal to his long list of accomplishments if Curry chooses to play for Team USA at the Tokyo Games this summer. He also is eligible to sign a max contract extension with Golden State this offseason.
