
After 14 MLB seasons and four World Series titles -- three with the Giants -- left-handed reliever Javier Lopez retired this week. The news sent plenty to social media to wish the former Giant well in the future.
Lopez, 39, spent seven seasons with the Giants, going 17-8 with a 2.47 ERA and 10 saves. Over his career, he held left-handed batters to a .202 batting average.
