On Wednesday, MLB Network’s Jon Heyman reported that Royals scouts were able to find out where in Arizona free agent pitcher Tim Lincecum was throwing. The scouts were promptly, but politely, escorted out.
Lincecum, 31, underwent hip surgery this past September to repair a torn labrum and impingement in his left hip. He was supposed to hold a showcase, but has delayed it on multiple occasions.
