A's president Dave Kaval never misses a chance to take a shot at the Giants and their fans.
The Giants started a trend last week when they announced they would use cardboard cutouts in place of real fans at Oracle Park during the 2020 MLB season.
On Tuesday, the A's announced they would be following the Giants' lead by putting their own cardboard cutouts in seats at the Oakland Coliseum.

A few hours after the announcement, Kaval sent this tweet.
Kaval loves to poke the Giants. Routinely during the Bay Bridge Series games in San Francisco, he can be seen floating in a kayak in McCovey Cove.
In 2017, Kaval set up a promotion in which Giants fans could turn in their SF hats for an A's hat.

But Kaval's tweet on Tuesday is all in good fun. The Giants and A's are expected to play each other five or six times during the 60-game 2020 season, so they will settle things on the field.
