The A's just can't figure out the Toronto Blue Jays.
After suffering a sweep at the hands of Canada's favorite sons a week ago, the A's bounced back by sweeping the Rangers earlier this week.
But a weekend trip north of the border didn't begin well for the A's, as Oakland lost Friday's series opener to the Blue Jays, 4-2.

The A's will send left-hander Brett Anderson to the bump Saturday. Anderson has been listed as day-to-day with a left ankle sprain but he is expected to be good to go for Game 2 of the series, The Blue Jays will counter with right-hander Aaron Sanchez.
