World Series MVP Edgar Renteria will return to play at least one more year instead of retire, according to an ESPN.com report."I'm staying, I feel that I still have a lot of baseball in my body," Renteria said Saturday to ESPNdeportes.com from his home in Miami.Soon after their World Series win, the Giants declined a 9.5 million option on Renteria, 34, and instead paid him a 500,000 buyout. After an injury plagued season, Renteria hit two home runs in the World Series, including the go-ahead three-run shot off Cliff Lee in Game 5 to earn MVP honors.
