After a quiet NBA debut, Marvin Bagley III was much louder in the first half of his second NBA game.
The Kings rookie big man subbed in for Nemanja Bjelica just 3:11 into Sacramento's game against the New Orleans Pelicans, and scored four more points in the opening frame (10) than he did in his NBA debut on Wednesday.
Bagley picked up a steal 29 seconds into his appearance on Friday. For his first bucket, he responded to an Anthony Davis alley-oop with an emphatic slam dunk of his own.

The 19-year-old made each of his next two shots, finishing the first quarter shooting 100 percent from the field (3 of 3). He did the same from the free-throw line (4 of 4), adding two rebounds and two steals.
Bagley even managed to get the best of Davis with a spin move.
In all, the No. 2 overall pick played more minutes in the first half (14) than he did all of Wednesday against the Jazz (12). He finished the half with 14 points (on 5 of 6 shooting), three rebounds, two steals, and a block.
Bagley will have ups and downs -- he was also minus-13 in the first half -- in his first NBA season, but Friday's first half gave a glimpse of what the young big can do.
