For one young Kings fan at Golden 1 Center on Sunday, that phrase became all too true.
Before the Kings hosted the Warriors in the final regular-season meeting between the two NorCal rivals this season, this youngster in question was wearing a Kings shirt, but was handed a Steph Curry jersey.

That's when the problem began. Unfortunately, he had a hard time putting the jersey on properly.
After some wrestling with the jersey and a little assistance from an adult, the young fan was able to get the Curry jersey on.
We're not sure which team the kid is rooting for, but it seems like no matter the outcome, he will go home happy.
