Report: Warriors agree to deal with undrafted wing Sutton

The Warriors made a transaction Monday afternoon.

Golden State agreed to terms with undrafted free agent forward Dwayne Sutton, a source told Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes.

It sounds like it is a training camp invite for Sutton, who will compete for a two-way contract.

The expectation is Golden State's other two-way deal will go to second-round draft pick Nico Mannion.

Sutton averaged 9.1 points, 8.2 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.7 blocks over 31 games at Louisville last season. The 6-foot-5 wing shot 35.4 percent from deep on 2.6 attempts per game, and was named All-ACC Honorable Mention.

Sutton began his college career in 2015-16 at UNC Asheville, sat out the 2016-17 campaign after transferring to Louisville and then rocked a Cardinals uniform the past three seasons.
