The Warriors officially have a fan in the second-highest office of the land.
Kamala Harris, an Oakland native and the former junior senator from California, was sworn in as vice president at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday. Harris is the first Black woman, the first South Asian woman and the first woman to be inaugurated as VP.
Joe Biden, her running mate, was sworn in as the 46th president.

The Warriors celebrated Harris and Biden's win when NBC News and multiple outlets called the election on Nov. 7, sharing a photo of an "Oakland Forever" jersey signed by Warriors star Steph Curry.
Curry also signed a custom "Oakland Forever" No. 49 jersey with "Madame VP" on the back, one that Harris said she will "proudly" hang in her new office at the White House.
Golden State isn't scheduled to play on the road against the Washington Wizards until the second half of the season, and it's unlikely fans will be able to attend by the time the Warriors visit the nation's capital. But they'll have a big fan not too far away, living at the United States Naval Observatory.
