Bazemore missed Golden State's last three games because of COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
The 31-year-old is averaging 11.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.7 steals over his last six appearances, while shooting 52 percent from beyond the arc.
Bazemore being in uniform will be a big boost to a Warriors squad that is dealing with a lot of absences right now.
