Steve Spagnuolo will be on the sideline as St. Louis Rams head coach on Sunday against the 49ers.But the San Diego Union-Tribunereports that he will be swept aside in a major Rams housecleaning at the end of the season. But that's OK because, apparently, Spagnuolo won't be out of work for long. The paper reports it's "all but certain" he'll be the next Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator. On a conference call Wednesday morning with reporters who cover the 49ers, Spagnuolo said he is remaining sheltered from the rumors and speculation."Well, I'm honestly and truly not aware of all the things going on," Spagnuolo said. "I think I'm smart enough to know that things will be said. I don't know specifically what you're talking about -- about what you just said about Philadelphia.RELATED: Rams CB King to miss season finale
"But I can tell you this: We're living in the now. And right now what we do and what we're supposed to do as employees here and representatives of the Rams organization is focus on the Rams and, in this case, playing the San Francisco 49ers."When asked he has spoken to ownership about his future with the Rams, Spagnuolo said, "No, and that wouldn't happen right now. That would always happen after. We have to finish the season. It's not over yet. We got one more game, and it's this Sunday at 12 o'clock (Central) against the San Francisco 49ers."The Rams, who have been decimated by injuries, are a disappointing 2-13 this season. They're in line to get the No. 1 overall pick in the draft for the second time in three years.RELATED: With loss Rams would end up with top pick
Spagnuolo said he is not 100-percent sure whom will start at quarterback for the Rams. Most likely, the answer is Kellen Clemens. Spagnuolo said Sam Bradford (ankle) will not practice today. He described Bradford's availability as "day to day." He added, "If he's OK to go, he'll be our quarterback." Bradford was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2010 draft.
