Running back Brandon Jacobs' contract will account for 1.575 million on the 49ers' salary cap, according to a league source.Jacobs last week signed a one-year deal that includes a 150,000 signing bonus -- the only guaranteed money in the contract. The 49ers are approximately 4.1 million under the salary cap.The New York Giants released Jacobs this offseason before he was due a 500,000 roster bonus. Jacobs was scheduled to make 4.4 million in base salary with the Giants.Jacobs, a seven-year veteran, rushed for 571 yards and seven touchdowns for the Giants last season on 152 carries. He has 56 rushing touchdowns in his career.
