It's Halloween and the NFL has a treat for football fans Thursday night as the undefeated 49ers head down to the desert to face Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals.
What once looked like a battle between two below-average NFC West teams has turned into a must-watch game between the top two picks from the 2019 NFL Draft.
The Cardinals drafted Murray with the No. 1 overall pick and gave him the keys to the franchise. The electric quarterback has done some good things in his first eight NFL games, but those flashes of brilliance also have been mixed with typical rookie moments.

San Francisco sprinted to the podium after the Cardinals selected Murray, jumping at the chance to draft defensive end Nick Bosa. Bosa has been a revelation early on, collecting seven sacks in his first seven games, including three in the 49ers' Week 8 win over the Panthers.
Labeled a trap game for a number of weeks, the 49ers' vaunted defensive line will be relied upon to get in the backfield and fluster Murray and force him to make mistakes.
A win will bring the 49ers to 8-0 and set up a massive NFC West clash with the Seahawks in Week 10.
