After not practicing all week, 49ers running back Raheem Mostert is active for Sunday's game against Washington.
Mostert injured his knee on the opening kickoff of the 49ers' win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6, and he was listed as questionable on San Francisco's final injury report for Week 7.
With rookie wide receiver Deebo Samuel out with a groin injury, Jordan Matthews will make his 49ers debut. The 49ers cut Matthews in training camp, but re-signed the 27-year-old after placing rookie receiver Jalen Hurd on injured reserve.
