Oakland A's minor league right-handed pitcher David Mota and shortsop Wilfrido Sosa have each been suspended for 25 games for a violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program, Major League Baseball announced Friday.
Mota and Sosa are both members of the A's Single-A affiliate, the Vermont Lake Monsters.

Both players will start serving their suspensions at the start of the New York-Penn League season.
