Former Detroit Lions running back Jahvid Best made his Olympic debut on Saturday, running the 100m in Rio.
He became the first track and field athlete to compete at an Olympics after playing in the NFL.
Racing in the same heat as Usain Bolt, Best clocked 10.39 seconds. Best finished seventh in his heat, and will not advance to the semifinals.

Overall, he finished tied for 54th out of 69 runners.
