Udoh, who tore ligaments in his left wrist back in July, has been cleared to do more activity, which includes some live action and competitive drills.

Udoh had a follow-up exam with Dr. William Green on Monday afternoon, at which time he was given the go-ahead to step up his rehab. The goal remains for Udoh to return in January, but it doesn't seem out of the question he could return before then.While Udoh was working out at one basket, forwardcenter Lou Amundson worked out at another, taking shots and doing conditioning work.
