Listen for ex-A's employee Tom Hanks' voice in Oakland Coliseum ‘crowd'

You'll be able to hear the voice of a pretty famous former A's employee this season during the fan-less games at the Coliseum.

Actor Tom Hanks, a Concord native, served as a peanut vendor for the A's during his youth. With the coronavirus pandemic keeping stadiums MLB empty for the 2020 season, the Coliseum now will be mixing Hanks' loudest hawking voice into the piped-in stadium sounds during home games in Oakland.
