Seattle TV station mistakenly reports 49ers lost to Vikings in NFL playoffs

The 49ers could play the Seattle Seahawks for a third time this season after San Francisco dominated the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday in the NFC divisional playoff round.

But one Seattle TV station jumped the gun and wasn't ready for the rivalry to continue this season.

Q13 mistakenly reported Saturday night that the Vikings had defeated the 49ers at Levi's Stadium.

Wrong.

This obviously isn't the first time a mistake like this has happened. Anchor Hana Kim read the incorrect script. Honest mistake. She certainly isn't the first to do so.

In reality, the 49ers crushed the Vikings 27-10, and now are one win away from Super Bowl LIV in Miami.

The 49ers will face either the Seahawks or the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship Game at Levi's Stadium on Sunday, Jan. 19.
