
ALAMEDA -- Raiders defensive tackle Tommy Kelly was an observer at practice Thursday morning.Kelly, who practiced "limited" on Wednesday with a foot injury, was in sweats as the Raiders practiced. Kelly has 12 tackles in four games for the 1-3 Raiders, who play at Atlanta on Sunday.Tight end Richard Gordon (hamstring) was also watching practice.Also, there was no sign of right tackles Khalif Barnes (groin) or cornerback Shawntae Spencer (right foot) during the open media window.
