QUESTIONABLE: WR Ted Ginn (ankle), RB Brandon Jacobs (knee), DT Isaac Sopoaga (ankle, knee)
- Ginn and Jacobs did not suit up in the 49ers' first three games.

JETS

OUT: CB Darrelle Revis (tore ACL last Sunday against Dolphins)

DOUBTFUL: WR Stephen Hill (hamstring)
- Hill caught five passes for 89 yards and two touchdowns in the Jets' Week 1 win over Buffalo. He has not caught a single pass in the team's two subsequent games.
