Report: Gary Payton II, Warriors agree to tweak contract

The Warriors took care of some business Tuesday afternoon.

Golden State tweaked Gary Payton II's contract, the Bay Area News Group's Wes Goldberg reported, citing a source.

The Warriors had until Wednesday to waive Payton II or owe him about $659,000.

So here are some important details to keep in mind now:

The 28-year-old recorded 11 points, eight rebounds and two steals (he did commit five turnovers) in the Warriors' Summer League loss to the Orlando Magic on Monday night.
