The 49ers' defense forced three turnovers in the first half of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams, but weren't able to capitalize with any points after taking the ball back.
Rookie Javon Kinlaw changed that early in the third quarter, intercepting a Jared Goff pass and taking it all the way back for a touchdown, increasing the 49ers' lead to 14-3.

Kinlaw has had a quiet rookie season to date, but did pick up his first sack and a half as a professional in the 49ers' Week 10 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
The 49ers will need the rookie to continue to hold down the interior of the defensive line as the 49ers look to snap a three-game losing streak.
