The Kings played the first of their three scrimmages Wednesday before the season restarts next week in Orlando. Sacramento fell to the Miami Heat 104-98. Buddy Hield led the Kings in scoring with 19 points.
The Kings face the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday afternoon for their final scrimmage before real games start.
The Clippers are on a roll, winning their first two scrimmages in the Orlando bubble. For the Kings, Harrison Barnes is officially back at practice after having to clear NBA’s coronavirus protocol and could play in today’s game.
This is the final scrimmage for both teams, and the Kings will have three days to prep for their opener against the San Antonio Spurs on Friday.
