The Giants wore uniforms in honor of the 75th anniversary of the San Francisco Sea Lions, which formerly played in the West Coast Negro Baseball League.

In honor of Juneteenth, the Giants broke out special uniforms against the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday at Oracle Park, paying tribute to the San Francisco Sea Lions, which competed in the West Coast Negro Baseball Association.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Sea Lions, which played just one season back in 1946.

As the Giants' social media accounts shared Saturday, the uniforms the Sea Lions wore were given to them by the defunct San Francisco Cubs organization.
