Dodgers right fielder Josh Reddick has hit rock bottom.
Originally in the lineup Monday for the series finale in Cincinnati, Reddick was scratched before the game with a jammed middle finger on his right hand.
He did make an appearance during the game, flying out in a pinch-hit at-bat in the top of the fifth inning.

After the game, Reddick revealed to The Los Angeles Times how he injured his finger.
According to Reddick, his hand got caught in the door of his hotel room while ordering room service on Sunday night in Cincinnati.
"This is rock bottom right now. But I will climb out," Reddick jokingly told LA Times reporter Andy McCullough.
Reddick and the Dodgers, in sole possession of first place in the NL West, begin a three-game series with the Giants in Los Angeles on Tuesday. No word on Reddick's availability for the series-opener.
