Last time Tottenham Hotspur and Watford met, both were floundering.
That was in October. Since that 1-1 draw, both sides have their fired their managers. Watford hired former Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson, and Watford now have won four of its last five, including victories over Manchester United and Aston Villa.
As for Tottenham, Spurs has had mixed results under new manager Jose Mourinho and haven't won a Premiere League contest since Dec. 26, a 2-1 win over Brighton. Spurs currently sit in eighth place in the table.
