After one game, the Sharks have already accomplished something they failed to do against the Golden Knights in the playoffs last year: take a lead in the series.
San Jose will attempt to double that advantage when they host Vegas in Game 2 on Friday night at SAP Center. Teams that take a 1-0 lead in a best-of-seven playoff series own an all-time series record of 467-214 (68.5%), including a 327-106 (75.5%) mark when those wins come on home ice.
