The Sharks' streak of intradivisional matchups continues on Friday with their first of two games in as many nights.
Coming off an overtime loss to the Oilers on Wednesday, San Jose (11-7-4) looks to right the ship tonight against the streaky Canucks (10-12-2) at SAP Center. After a strong start to the season, Vancouver has been reeling as of late, as the Canucks enter Friday's game having lost seven in a row and eight of their last nine.
Tonight also represents the final game of San Jose's season-long six-game homestand. The Sharks have gone 3-1-1 and collected seven out of a maximum of 10 points on the homestand to date. After facing the Canucks, San Jose will head out for five-straight on the road.
