Sharks' Tomas Hertl leaves in second period vs. Flyers after hard hit

Sharks forward Tomas Hertl left in the second period of Saturday night's 4-3 win over the Philadelphia Flyers with a head injury.

Hertl gained the offensive zone, and attempted to stickhandle around Flyers defenseman Christian Folin. Folin's shoulder caught Hertl up high, and he fell to the ice.
