SAN JOSEAfter a complete day off from the rink on Sunday, the Sharks are left with three full days to prepare for the last game of their homestand against Detroit. They are 3-1-1 through the first five games, and will try to end it on a high note when the Red Wings make their first of two visits to HP Pavilion on Thursday night.
They are left with a sour taste in their mouths from Saturdays 3-0 loss to Phoenix, the second time this year the Sharks have been held off of the scoreboard.
The team has practice scheduled at Sharks Ice at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
