James Reimer is back.
This afternoon, the San Jose Sharks activated Reimer from Injured Reserve. In a corresponding move, they sent down rookie Eetu Makiniemi.

Reimer and Kaapo Kahkonen will start tomorrow night against the Arizona Coyotes at SAP Center.
Reimer hasn’t played since Nov. 25, and has been sorely missed. In his absence, Kahkonen has been inconsistent, going 1-1-1 with an .877 Save %. Veteran Aaron Dell went 0-2-0 with an .897 Save %. Makiniemi made his NHL debut and won his first NHL start, going 1-0-1 with a .906 Save %.
