
DENVERJamie McGinn will make his Colorado Avalanche debut tonight when his new club hosts the Columbus Blue Jackets.
McGinn is wearing number 11 with the Avalanche, and is expected to play on the third line wing with Mark Olver and David Jones, according to the Denver Post.
McGinn told the Post:

"It was good to get to know the guys. I just want to focus on keeping it simple and keeping the puck in their end."
Colorado has won four in a row and sits in ninth place in the Western Conference with 70 points.
The Avalanche visit the Sharks on March 26.
McGinn, who has 12 goals, was traded to the Avalanche on Monday from San Jose for wingers TJ Galiardi and Daniel Winnik, who played for the Sharks is Tuesdays 1-0 win against the Flyers. The Sharks host Buffalo tonight at HP Pavilion.
