SAN JOSESharks forward TJ Galiardi skated for the first time on Saturday since he was hurt on March 15 in a game against the Nashville Predators.
Galiardi has an unspecified upper body injury, but it is not a concussion.
Its nice to get back out there. I dont really know the timetable yet, just kind of taking it day-by-day to see how it feels, Galiardi said. Getting better.

The Sharks have just eight games left, including Saturdays home tilt against Phoenix. Although Galiardi doesnt want to set a return date just yet, he expects to fully recover before the end of the regular season.
Id say so. Im not an expert, but if it keeps progressing the way it has been then yeah, for sure, which would be nice.
Todd McLellan said: Wed like him to be ready to go, and he provides some energy to our team that we need. Wed at least like the ability to access that.
Galiardi cant pinpoint exactly when the injury occurred.

I dont really know how it happened, I think it was just one of those things that, over time, you keep beating on it and then finally you just move the wrong way or something like that, and then you feel it.
He was especially hurting the day after his last appearance in the Sharks 2-1 shootout win over the Predators.
I couldnt even really move that day, he said.
Galiardi was acquired by the Sharks from Colorado, along with Daniel Winnik, as part of the trade for Jamie McGinn on Feb. 27. Hes scoreless in eight games since the trade, and has eight goals and six assists in 63 games this season.
