Willis, Ginn are inactive for 49ers vs. Seahawks

SEATTLE -- The 49ers will not have the services of linebacker Patrick Willis and wide receiver Ted Ginn for Saturday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.Willis will miss his third game due to the right hamstring strain he sustained early in the 49ers' Dec. 4 game against the St. Louis Rams. He began running at full speed during practices and did some work on a blocking sled Friday, but the 49ers decided to hold him out for another game.Ginn did not practice at all after sustaining an ankle sprain Monday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The 49ers expect veteran receiver Braylon Edwards to step up in perhaps his biggest role of the season.Edwards has not been completely healthy since sustaining torn cartilage in his right knee on the third offensive play of the 49ers' Week 2 game against the Dallas Cowboys. Edwards' most productive game was a three-catch, 47-yard performance against the New York Giants on Nov. 13.Here are the complete lists of 49ers and Seahawks inactive players.49ers inactives
