
ATLANTA -- Defensive tackle Tommy Kelly returned to practice Friday after missing Thursday with a foot injury. Coach Dennis Allen told reporters he expects Kelly to play Sunday in Atlanta.But right tackle Khalif Barnes, tight end Richard Gordon and cornerback Shawntae Spencer were all ruled out, meaning Willie Smith will start at right tackle again, as will Michael Huff at cornerback for the third straight game and Matt Giordano at free safety.Plus, sack-happy veteran defensive end Andre Carter will be active against the Falcons for his Raiders debut and his first game since tearing a quadriceps muscle while with New England last Dec. 18, Allen said.Following, then, is the Raiders' Status Report for Sunday's game at AtlantaOUT
