The 49ers wanted Bosa all along, and they landed him with the No. 2 overall pick. The Arizona Cardinals picked Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray No. 1 overall, allowing Bosa to fall into the 49ers' laps.

Lynch, coach Kyle Shanahan and Co. have good reason to be happy. They now have a defensive line that includes Bosa, DeForest Buckner, Dee Ford and Arik Armstead.
