Source: 49ers agree to terms with former Falcons WR

Wide receiver Aldrick Robinson will follow Kyle Shanahan to a third common workplace.

Robinson, 28, has agreed to terms with the 49ers on a two-year contract, a league source confirmed. The NFL Network first reported the agreement on Thursday night.

Robinson broke into the NFL in 2011 as a sixth-round draft pick with Washington, where Shanahan served as the offensive coordinator. The two spent three seasons together. They were reunited last season in Atlanta, where Robinson caught 20 passes for 323 yards and two touchdowns.

In his 52-game career, Robinson has 50 catches for 931 yards.

Robinson becomes the third wide receiver the 49ers have added through one day of free agency. The 49ers signed Pierre Garçon to a five-year contract and Marquise Goodwin to a two-year deal.
