ALAMEDA -- Cornerback Shawntae Spencer (right foot) and right tackle Khalif Barnes (groin) remained absent from the field during the opening media window to the Raiders' final pre-bye week practice on Wednesday.Also missing was defensive tackle Richard Seymour, who was at practice on Tuesday.Tight end Richard Gordon, who did not play Sunday in Denver with a strained hamstring, was a late observer to practice.
